This is a completely online store. Purchases of Nitro prepaid credits are immediately fulfilled electronically. The serial number, user id and password are displayed on screen upon successful completion of payment. We do not deliver physical cards.

Return Policy

Mozcom is committed to providing you a pleasant online shopping experience. If you made a mistake in purchasing an item online, please contact our customer service immediately so we can deactivate the Nitro account. We will then credit back the amount to your PayEasy account. The Nitro account must not have any usage. Used accounts may no longer be returned. This policy applies only to online purchase and does not apply to Nitro purchased in physical card format.
